Marcos Pereira throws in ES programs to support the industry and encouraging export

The Minister of Industry, Trade and Services, Marcos Pereira, today launched the National Plan of Export Culture (PNCE) and Brazil More Productive Program in the Holy Spirit. "At the moment the country faces the enormous challenge of resuming growth, we opened in the state a process of permanent support capixabas companies so they can maintain the role of the local industry in the economy of the Holy Spirit," said Mark Pereira.

The shares, launched at an event held at the Federation headquarters of Industries of the Holy Spirit (Findes), is focused on increasing the number of exporting companies and improve the production processes of the companies, so that they can expand sales capixabas products in the international market . In the Holy Spirit, the goal is also to change the profile of the products sold outside Brazil.

The industry of the Holy Spirit is responsible for 40.5% of the local GDP. Exports represent 35.3% of the state GDP, above the national average of 20.3%. "However, the state still exports a lot of commodities. We need to create a product of export crops with higher added value, "said the president of Findes, Marcos Guerra. "The Holy Spirit is to open doors to the world," he added.

Export culture 
The PNCE aims to increase the number of companies operating in foreign trade and, consequently, increase exports of state goods and services.

The MDIC has mapped more than three thousand capixabas companies from various economic sectors that may benefit from the plan of actions. They sell ornamental rocks, food, furniture, clothing, and other products. The beneficiary companies will have training tools, training, consultancy for fitness products, and identification markets.

The PNCE is developed in five stages - awareness, business intelligence, adapting products and processes, trade promotion and marketing. In addition, also has three cross-cutting themes for the direction of companies: financing, qualification and management.

The Holy Spirit, the program has the support of national and state partners such as the Bank of Brazil, the Post Office, Sebrae, the Organization of Cooperatives of Brazil (OCB), the Federation of Industries of the Holy Spirit (Findes), Development Bank the Holy Spirit, the State Government and the Development of Micro and Small Business and Entrepreneurship Agency.

Brazil More Productive 
The program is an initiative focused on improving the production process and aims to increase by at least 20% productivity of the participating companies. The Holy Spirit, the program will meet the mechanical engineering and food and beverage sectors. The aim is to carry out consultations in companies located in Local Productive Arrangement (APL) of the Great Victory.

The companies will receive technical training in the production process, so they can get significant productivity gains, including reduction in the cost of production. Calls will be at least 120 hours using a customized lean manufacturing tools. The focus will be on reducing seven most common types of waste in the production process: overproduction, waiting time, transportation, over-processing, inventory, motion and defects.

The Brazil More Productive will meet throughout the country, three thousand small and medium industries in the food and beverage, apparel and footwear, mechanical engineering and furniture.

The initiative was launched by the MDIC with the National Industry Confederation (CNI) and the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service (Senai). The program also has a partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brazil) and the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development (ABDI) and the support Sebrae, BNDES, the State Development Office and the State Center for APL.
