Freight Consolidation and Forwarding Business

The Company is an international freight forwarder based in Miami, Florida that services Brazilian customers who buy products from North American websites that do not deliver overseas. Once a product is received at the Company’s warehouse, it is measured, weighed, and shipping costs to Brazil are calculated. Customers then pay by electronic means. Deliveries normally occur within 5 to 7 days after arrival at the warehouse, much faster than the services of competitors.

 

Company partners consist of four individuals in their late 40’s with over 20 years of experience on the import/export industry and with strong Internet skills. These skills and experience have enabled them to use modern Internet technology to gain a lead over old-line traditional forwarding businesses. The Company has been growing at a rate of over 100% per year with the number of customers increasing from around 2,000 in January 2009 to 8,500 in July. Shipments total over five tons per month.
