Individuals or legal entities have until August 31 to settle their debts with the National Treasury
More than 48,000 taxpayers have already opted for the Special Tax Regularization Program (Pert), from the Federal Revenue Service. Until August 31, individuals or companies will have the last opportunity to settle their debts with the National Treasury.
According to the rules of the program, taxpayers will be able to settle debts before the Federal Revenue Service (RFB) and the National Treasury Attorney General (PGFN) until April 30, 2017.
The program covers debts indicated by the taxpayer or person in charge, even in administrative or judicial proceedings, but who, beforehand, desist from the litigation.
Membership can be made at the Virtual Service Center of the Federal Revenue Service (e-CAC). Check out more information on the program page.
