According to the Federal Revenue Secretariat, there were more than R $ 115 billion in November, the best result since 2014
After measures that reorganized the economy and helped the country to overcome the worst crisis in history, public accounts returned to record growth in the collection. In November, the government raised just over R $ 115 billion - 9.49% higher than the same month last year and the best result for November since 2014.
An increase in revenue means that the government has more resources for the public services that the population so badly needs. This money allows, in addition to keeping the public machine in operation, more investments in health, education and security.
This result was only possible after a series of government efforts to improve the conditions of public accounts. From January to November, the country raised R $ 1.2 trillion, a value 0.13% higher than that registered in the same period last year.
The head of the Center for Tax and Customs Studies, auditor Claudemir Malaquias, explained that this increase is also due to inspection and collection actions, debtor debit installments and other measures.
