Job market
Data related to the Annual Report of Social Information (Rais) show that 403,55 thousand new posts were created in 2015
The labor market opened 403,255 new job vacancies for people with disabilities (MDC) in 2015, according to data from the Annual Social Information Raise (Rais), released by the Ministry of Labor, on Wednesday (12).
According to the portfolio, studies show that diversity in the market brings many benefits, such as a great productivity potential, in addition to bringing learning and inclusion to the labor market.
"People are different, either as they think, react or because of their limitations. But there is a barrier promoted by prejudice that will only be overcome through education, "said Antonio Artequiliano, general coordinator of the Secretariat for Labor Relations (SRT).
However, according to the Ministry of Labor, even in the face of actions to get companies to comply with the quota law, the number of open positions could be higher, at least 764 thousand jobs.
