Westerly, Rhode Island...Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided $21.24 million to The Real Group II, LLC, for the refinancing of eight separate Class A and Class B industrial and flex office buildings located in Windsor, CT.

The eight properties are located within one mile of each other in Windsor’s Day Hill Road industrial corridor. Combined, the portfolio totals 317,580 square-feet of space including both single and multi-tenant properties. The Day Hill Road industrial corridor is easily accessible from Interstate 91 and Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks.
