Equivalent Tax Document (DFE) delivered at toll plazas is still sufficient for the rendering of expense accounts
Those who use the highways of São Paulo and want to obtain the invoice of proof of payment of tolls can request the internet through the document. The service is offered by all the concessionaires that operate in the State of São Paulo and also by the federal and other states' concessionaires.
The issuance of the tax document will be available up to seven days after the payment of the toll in cash or by automatic billing systems. Nothing changes in terms of taxation, both for the concessionaires and for the Government of the State of São Paulo.
The Equivalent Tax Document (DFE) currently delivered to the toll plazas is already sufficient for the rendering of expense accounts. But whoever wants the proof over the internet just access the website of the concessionaire, which will make available a complementary equivalent document. It contains additional information such as CPF or CNPJ and the license plate number of the vehicle.
Guidelines for Fiscal Document Printing:
● When passing through a toll plaza and paying your fare in the manual cabin, keep the receipt of the toll that proves the payment
● Access the website of the concessionaire that manages the highway that you used and give the following information: DFE (receipt) number of toll payment, CPF or CNPJ and vehicle license plate
● Users who pay for automatic collection may use the same procedure by typing on the site the TAG (electronic tag) number or vehicle license plate number
● The system generates the fiscal document that can be printed by the user. The tax document will be available online for up to seven days for those who pay the toll in cash and also for those who use the automatic collection systems
