MDIC participated in the Fair BIO Latin America 2016

The Secretary of Innovation and New Business of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC), Marcos Vinicius de Souza, participated on Thursday in Sao Paulo, the fair BIO 2016. With two other interests in Latin America BIO 2016, MDIC reaffirms its commitment to bring government closer to the private sector to better support the sector. In industrial biotechnology, the coordinator of the New Business DETIN, Luciano Sousa, will moderate the panel, "Biorefinery Scale-Up Challenges", with the participation of BNDES and Axens executives, Amyris and Raizen. In the biodiversity assets use area, the Coordinator of the Biotechnology Center of the Amazon, Adrian Pohlit, will participate in the panel "Food & Cosmetic Ingredients Boosted by Biotechnology" with Natura executives, Beraca and L'Oreal.

BIO Latin America 2016
