Hill International announced Tuesday that its Madrid-based subsidiary Gerens Hill International S.A. has completed the acquisition of 60% of the outstanding capital stock of Engineering S.A. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Engineering S.A. is one of the largest project management firms in Brazil with approximately 400 professionals. It has main offices in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo and an additional office in Parauapebas. The company provides project management, construction management and engineering consulting services throughout Brazil.

Hill International, with 3,000 employees in 100 offices worldwide, provides program management, project management, construction management and construction claims and consulting services. Engineering News-Record magazine recently ranked Hill as the 8th largest construction management firm in the United States.

Hill International is a worldwide construction consulting firm, currently headquartered in Marlton, NJ, USA. Hill’s claims and consulting services include claims analysis, litigation support, expert witness testimony, cost and damages assessment, delay and disruption analysis, lender/technical advisory and the Project Neutral.
