In the first test of the year with the market, value corresponds to 73% of the obtained with disposals in the last 10 years in the state.

The Secretariat of Coordination and Governance of the Patrimony of the Union (SPU) - linked to the Special Secretariat of Privatization, Divestment and Markets of the Ministry of Economy - raised R $ 18,450 million with the sale of a property in the state of São Paulo, whose minimum bid expected was R $ 17,568,153.01. The amount reached corresponds to 73% of the total obtained with disposals in São Paulo in the last 10 years.

The result of the public competition occurred on the afternoon of Monday (12/8), in the headquarters auditorium of the Ministry of Economy in São Paulo. This was the first market test conducted by SPU.

The winning bidder is Bunge Alimentos S / A. The liquidated property is a flat land, with 7,441 m2 of total area, located at Praça Guilherme Aralhe, 62, in Santos / SP.

The process of selling the property in Santos, with the signing of the contract by the winning bidder, should be completed by the end of this year.
