From now on, the Official Health Board may be held by videoconference, with the presence of only one expert at the site.

The attendance of servers that need to go through the Official Health Board will change. The Ministry of Economy (ME) published, on Friday (6/9), Ordinance No. 190 , which enables its realization by videoconference, with the presence of only one official expert, with the other two remotely connected. Previously, three on-site experts were required. This assessment is necessary, for example, in the case of disability retirement and health care, with leave of more than 120 days, within 12 months.

“The official videoconferencing board is a tool for modernization and bureaucracy, as it will generate faster and more comfortable for the server and efficiency and economy for the Public Administration,” explains Wagner Lenhart, Secretary for Personnel Management and Performance.

“If previously it was necessary to pay the daily fees and tickets of three experts to perform the board when there were no doctors in the municipality, with the board by videoconferencing it will be necessary to pay the travel expenses of only one expert,” he adds.

According to the secretary, the biggest beneficiaries of this measure will be the servants, who will have their right protected. “This generates efficiency and speeds up server service,” he says. With the measure, it will be possible to meet the demand for expertise in places where there are not enough professionals to perform an official board.

The videoconferencing procedure is already performed in the Judiciary and the Federal Prosecution Service (MPU). The process was initiated in the federal government after consultation with Federal Higher Education Institutions (IFES) to the Ministry of Economy. Ifes had difficulty servicing crowded servers outside the capital, and especially in remote locations.

Procedures

The scheduling and registration of the expertise will be carried out in the Integrated Human Resources Management System (Siape), in the Siape Health module, where the public health electronic health record is available. To preserve the server, the expertise may not be recorded, maintaining the degree of confidentiality necessary for its accomplishment.

According to the ordinance, the physical and media facilities will be in charge of the organs. When it is not possible to serve the server in its locality, the agency may partner with other agencies and entities to obtain the technological infrastructure necessary for the assessment.
