Weekly survey by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) shows that last week the average price of gasoline for the consumer reached the mark of R $ 3,749, the lowest ever since December 17. Compared to the previous week, the reduction was 0.2%.
Between February 19 and 25, the lowest value found by the ANP in every country was R $ 3.13. The average value of ethanol also registered a drop of 0.7% in the pumps and was at R $ 2,846 per liter.
By state, Pernambuco had the lowest average price of gasoline: R $ 3,437, followed by Maranhão (R $ 3,558) and São Paulo (R $ 3,606). In the Federal District, where the average price was R $ 3,681, consumers have found stations that offer the fuel at even lower prices.
"Last week was $ 3.59, now $ 3.52. It is a very good reduction, especially for those who work as a driver, "says Carlos Eduardo, a driver who went to a station in the central area of Brasília this Friday afternoon to supply.
