Initiative challenges employees to take care of their physical and mental well-being, while helping those in need.
Critical Software announced that employees spent 25,300 hours in 2022 as part of Critical Fit, an initiative that challenges them to take care of their physical and mental well-being, while helping those in need.
With the cooperation of 500 employees transformed into athletes “it was possible to create a positive impact on 25 associations”, says Critical Software in a press release.
From animal protection to the fight against poverty, in 2022, the organizations counted on this support due to the effort made by the employees to meet the goal established on a monthly basis.
Critical Fit is yet another initiative aligned with other dynamics carried out by Critical Software that make the company a “company of citizens”, such as flexible working hours, the part-time regime, extra vacation days from the first year of seniority, two extra months of parental leave for mothers and one month for fathers supported by the company.
