To improve public services, the government advances in the modernization of the State

Agenda to reduce bureaucracy represents improvements and efficiency gains in the barriers imposed on workers and entrepreneurs

Part of the goal of generating more jobs and regaining Brazilian productive capacity, the Government of Brazil has attacked the high bureaucracy that creates real bottlenecks for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and workers. In addition to measures to improve public service efficiency, it was released  n this Tuesday (20)  a package to facilitate the life of the Brazilian

By reducing the size of public administration, it is possible to improve public services by reducing the bureaucracy of taxpayer time and money processes. In this sense, the Brazil Efficient program, for example, will digitize processes and prevent citizens from presenting documents that are already in the public power database.

Through the crossing of 80% of the data contained in the public sphere, the issuance of new documents, such as passports and CPF, will be faster and simpler. By the end of 2018, even processes such as scheduling consultation in the public health system are completely digitized.

This year, one of the biggest innovations in this field was the announcement of the digitization of the National Driver's License (CNH). Beginning in 2018, all information in the printed portfolio, along with notices on infraction and expiration scores, will be available in real time in one application.

No bottlenecks

In foreign trade, the Government of Brazil also managed to move forward with the Single Foreign Trade Portal. Created to streamline Brazil's commercial system, the tool will reduce the export time of Brazilian products by at least 40%.

This will be possible with the integration and harmonization of processes, data and requirements necessary for the sale of products to other countries. By eliminating, for example, the need to present the same document more than once in the same operation, the time to export will drop from 10 days to 8 days.

Agropecuária em alta

One of the main economic sectors, agribusiness was also benefited by the bureaucratization of services by the public power.

With 69 measures to modernize standards and procedures, the Agro + Plan will eliminate obstacles and generate an estimated efficiency gain of R $ 1 billion per year, approximately 0.2% of the annual revenue of the agricultural sector.
