Cosan Limited announced it had gone into a definitive agreement that will see it acquire Usina Zanin Acucar e Alcool Ltda. Cosan Limited is a Sugar and ethanol producer.  The acquisition target, Zanin, is a sugarcane producer based in the Araraquara region, Brazil.
